Columbus County Partnership for Children

The ELF provides child development resources which parents and child care providers can use to enhance early care and education experiences for young children. A variety of children's books, videos, topic resource books, resource kits and toys, and other items are available to library members. Memberships start at just $5 for individuals. Training and workshops are also offered as well as consumer materials in Spanish.

The Smart Start Early Learning Facility (ELF) assists in the development of pre-literacy skills by promoting reading, writing, playing, singing and talking for children ages birth to five.
